Villa Lou San Peyre sits on a quiet residential street in Le Cannet, between Cannes and the hilltop village of Mougins. Two thousand square metres of gated Mediterranean garden, a ten-metre saltwater pool, and not a single neighbour overlooking you.
Inside, 260m² across two floors — five bedrooms, two living rooms, two covered terraces. Enough space that fifteen people can spend a week here without ever feeling like fifteen people.
The beaches at La Bocca are twelve minutes. The markets in Cannes are ten. Most guests find they leave less often than they planned.

Villa Lou San Peyre is designed to be taken as a whole: fifteen guests, five bedrooms, the full 260m², and all 2,000m² of garden. That's how most people book it, and it's what the calendar and the Book Now button apply to.

For smaller parties. Outside the busiest weeks we also let the villa in a two-bedroom configuration for up to six guests. The rest of the house is closed off, and the pool, both terraces and the whole garden remain entirely yours — the property is never let to two parties at once. These stays aren't on the online calendar, so see our rates page or message us and we'll tell you what's possible.

Le Cannet sits in the hills directly behind Cannes — ten minutes from the Croisette and considerably calmer. It's where people who work in Cannes actually live: quiet streets, a proper Provençal old village at the top, and none of the traffic or parking misery of the seafront in July. That distance is the point. You get a gated garden, a pool nobody overlooks, and space for six cars, none of which exists at any sane price down on the coast.
With a prime location close to Cannes’ luxury boutiques, vibrant nightlife, and sandy beaches—and only a short drive from Mougins’ gourmet restaurants and art galleries—this villa rental promises an exceptional South of France escape.
