Villa Lou San Peyre is in Le Cannet, a quiet residential hillside a short drive from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès — not on the Croisette itself. For guests attending the Film Festival, MIPIM, Cannes Lions or one of the Palais’s other trade events, that trade-off tends to work in their favour: a private house with space to host, work and switch off, at a fraction of what a Croisette-facing hotel room costs during peak weeks, with parking for several cars and none of the festival-week gridlock on your doorstep.
This isn’t a hotel substitute for delegates who want to walk out onto the red carpet. It’s built for production teams, agencies, buyers and groups who need a base to actually live and work from during an intense week — and who’d rather have a pool and a garden to decompress in at the end of a 14-hour day than another hotel corridor.

MIPIM — International Property Market
16–19 March 2027The world’s leading real estate investment event, held every March at the Palais. Villa fit: a private venue for hosting investors or partners away from the trade-fair floor, with room to lay out plans and materials properly rather than in a hotel lobby.
Cannes Lions — International Festival of Creativity
21–25 June 2027The advertising and marketing industry’s biggest week, usually held in June. Villa fit: a relaxed alternative to a hotel base for agency teams — somewhere to host clients poolside between sessions rather than in a packed beach club.
Cannes Yachting Festival

A note on pricing during event weeks
Rates are adjusted upward for the Film Festival, Cannes Lions and the Cannes Yachting Festival, in line with demand — the Yachting Festival falls in September, when the pool and gardens are still in full summer condition. For MIPCOM, MAPIC and ILTM, however, we keep our standard rates rather than applying festival pricing — the villa’s distance from the Palais means we don’t think a premium is justified for those weeks.
