We chose this house as a base for exploring the Côte d’Azur, and the reality exceeded every expectation — we often didn’t want to leave. Delphine met us and showed us everything. Fifteen minutes to the centre of Cannes; Nice and Monte-Carlo within the hour. Breakfast on the big terrace, shaded all day, and a glass of local wine at sunset.

A great spot for our family of four adults and two children. Everything was as advertised, and Nick was extremely helpful and responsive. The property was very peaceful and comfortable — we barely left.

We stayed as a group of eleven and it completely exceeded our expectations. The photos are beautiful, but seeing it in real life is something else entirely — every room spacious and thoughtfully designed. The huge terrace overlooking the pool made the perfect setting for sunset dinners. Peaceful, safe, and a short drive from the centre of Cannes.

An amazing villa — everything matches the description. Ping-pong, swimming, sunshine along the pool side, a barbecue party. Nick’s advice on where to buy the BBQ supplies was really helpful. Easy to drive to Nice, Cannes, Menton and Antibes. Just like home in the South of France.

We had a very pleasant stay. The instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. The villa was superbly maintained, which made our stay all the more comfortable.

This was our first time staying in a private villa, so we were a little apprehensive about a place with no reception desk. In practice the host’s communication was so quick that everything was resolved immediately. Spacious and equipped with everything you need. A clean pool, sun loungers and a barbecue area — an excellent place to relax.
